A. Christopher Stage, is a board-certified urologist in Athens. He strives to ensure his patients are well-educated on their condition, treatment options and potential outcomes. “I want the patient to feel they are adequately informed and empowered to make their own decisions regarding their care. I feel this ultimately leads to more trust, and the ability to have reasonable expectations.”

Dr. Stage comes from a family of physicians. “I was drawn to healthcare from a young age and wanted to be a doctor for as long as I can remember. Throughout my education, I always had a strong inclination towards science and biology, and my focus toward my goals stayed consistent.”

Dr. Stage is also a firm believer in physical fitness and enjoys regular exercise, running, cycling and weightlifting. “I also enjoy hunting, tennis and cycling. I love sports, especially football, and I have a strong interest in music. I have three children who I especially value spending time with.”
